The First Session
Medico-legal Reports
The first session is an opportunity for both therapist and patient to see if they are comfortable working with each other and a good fit. If for any reason we are not a good fit you will be assisted to find another practitioner.
Plus 1 Psychology has a zero tolerance policy of aggression or violence in any form directed towards a staff member or representative of Plus 1 Psychology or towards any person or property where appointments are held. Any form of aggression or violence will result in immediate discharge from the practice with steps taken to prevent further contact with the practice or any individual representative of the practice.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.
If you fail to turn up for your appointment, you will be charged a no show fee equivalent to the full amount of the session.
Plus 1 Psychology does not provide medico-legal reports.
Plus 1 Psychology is not an emergency service.
